Water Scarcity and Drought discussion at the Informal Council of Environment Ministers
In advance of the discussions at the Informal Council of Environment Ministers, which will take place in Lisbon from 31 August to 1 September 2007, we would like to share with you our views on the EU’s strategy to address water scarcity and droughts as proposed by the European Commission on 18 July 2007. For your information, we therefore forward you the letter which we have sent to each Environment Minister from the EU.
