Vancancy: Executive Director, Gender and Water Alliance (GWA), The Netherlands [Deadline 20 January]

The Gender and Water Alliance is looking for a new Executive Director.The Executive Director (ED) has overall strategic and operational responsibility for GWA staff, programmes, fundraising and execution of its mission and reporting to the Steering Committee. Apart from management and leaderships skills, the ED should have solid knowledge and experience in gender related to the different water sectors (IWRM, agriculture, WASH, climate change, etc).

The ED is based in Dieren, the Netherlands at the GWA Secretariat. At this time the position is for three days per week with the potential for full-time work when the organization‘s financial situation allows such expansion.
