Dr. Shaddad Attili officially appointed deputy secretary-general of the Union for the Mediterranean in charge of water & environment

President of the Palestinian National Authority: Mahmoud Abbas has just commissioned Dr. Shaddad Attili deputy secretary-general of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) in charge of water & environment. He will be replacing Dr. Rafiq al Husseini who was at this position during the last 3 years at the UfM Secretariat in Barcelona.

Dr. Shaddad Attili has been the water minister of the Palestinian National Authority during the last 3 years.
