Call for papers for the IWA World Water Congress
The International Water Association (IWA) has recently distributed the call for papers for their biennial World Water Congress that will be held in Vienna (Austria) in 7-12 September 2008. The Congress programme will include presentations from all facets of the water cycle and is divided into six tracks or themes. One of the tracks is health and the environment. Topics listed for this track include: water safety plans, environmental sanitation and hygiene, safety of recreational waters, health aspects of water reuse and many more. The deadline for submissions is September 15th 2007. As with previous Congresses, WHO will be a key strategic partner in the organisation of workshops and other discussion events during the Congress .
