EU helps rebuild Podgorica’s wastewater treatment plant

The European Agency for Reconstruction signed a €1.6 million contract yesterday with Dutch company DHV to reconstruct the city’s wastewater treatment plant located on the banks of the Moraca river. DHV along with its partners, Fideco from Belgrade and Ekovodoinzeniring from Slovenia, will over the next 11 months rehabilitate the existing facilities to meet strict EU standards.
