France: A new time of river management is coming

A new time of river management is coming is the title of a short animation film on river management (GEMAPI) produced by the Rhone Mediterranean Corsica water Agency to present the key concept and actions related to the French GEMAPI law (gestion des milieux aquatiques et de prévention des inondations) related to the management of aquatic environments and flood prevention by municipalities or groups of municipalities.
