APPOINTMENT OF THE PERMANENT TECHNICAL SECRETARY OF MENBO

In accordance with Article 25 of the Statutes of The Mediterranean Network of Basin Organizations (MENBO), signed by the members of the Network on 10 November 2003, stating that “The Associated Body of the Secretariat will appoint the natural person whom will represent the Association and participate in the meetings of both the Bureau and the General Assembly ”, Mr. Manuel Alcalde Sánchez President of the Jucar River Basin Authority nominated on 24 February 2020 in Valencia  Mr. MIGUEL POLO CEBELLÁN as Permanent Technical Secretary of MENBO. 

Mr. Polo is currently the Water Commissioner (Comisario de Aguas) of the the Júcar River Basin Authority, he joined the River basin authority in 2004.
