Call for applications to integrate 5 new cities to the MED-3R Euro-Mediterranean strategic platform
A call for applications is launched for the selection of five new cities to be integrated to the MED-3R platform. A call for applications seminar will be held for this purpose in Byblos-Jbeil, Lebanon in October 2014.
MED-3R promotes a strategic platform of an organized linking between the engineers, experts, technical officers and elected officials in charge of waste in the Mediterranean.
It allows the implementation and the adaptation of innovations in waste management in order to meet with the specific needs of the beneficiary territories experiencing difficulties in defining efficient and sustainable waste management plans adapted to local contexts.
This platform supports as well the search for funding to partner cities and future members. Its partnership comprises 22 mediterranean organizations (cities, networks, local and regional authorities and social economical actors).
The integration to this platform is free and will include the participation in some meetings and technical visits within the project, and offer to the new members an access to the collaborative workspace.
Applications must be submitted by electronic or postal channels and must contain: the electronic form to be filled out online by following this link, as well as additional documents listed in the annexed regulations. Incomplete applications will be rejected. The deadline for submitting the applications is Sunday 21 September, 2014, at 11:00 p.m. (GMT +1).

Un appel à candidatures est lancé pour la sélection de cinq nouvelles villes qui seront integrées à la plateforme MED-3R.
Nous vous demandons à cet effet de nous proposer des dossiers de candidatures de communes, de villes, d’agglomérations, de départements ou de régions de vos réseaux (sans réstrictions géographiques), souhaitant intégrer notre plateforme et faire partie de notre réseau commun et vous prions de diffuser l’appel sur vos sites web et vos réseaux sociaux.
La date limite de soumission des demandes est fixée au dimanche 21 septembre 2014, à 23h (GMT +1).
Les résultats seront annoncés lors du séminaire d’appel à candidatures qui se tiendra à Byblos au Liban, le 21 octobre 2014.
L’integration à cette plateforme est gratuit et comprendra une participation aux visites et réunions techniques du projet et offrira aux nouveaux membres un accès à l’espace collaboratif.
Les candidatures doivent être soumises par voies électroniques ou postales et doivent renfermer : un formulaire électronique à remplir enligne en suivant le présent lien, ainsi qu’une liste de documents supplémentaires indiqués dans le règlement ci-contre.

A call for applications is launched for the selection of five new cities to be integrated to the MED-3R platform.
We would therefore ask you to suggest applications files of municipalities, cities, towns, departments or regions of your networks (without geographical restrictions) wishing to integrate our platform and be part of our commun network. We also ask you to disseminate the call on your websites and your social networks.
The deadline for submitting the applications is Sunday 21 September, 2014, at 11:00 p.m. (GMT +1).
The results will be announced during the call for applications seminar that will be held in Byblos, Lebanon, on the 21st of October, 2014.

تم إطلاق دعوة لتقديم الطلبات من أجل اختيار خمس مدن جديدة للانتساب إلى منصة ماد ٣ آر التعاونية.
نسألكم اقراح ملفات طلبات لبلديات٬ مدن٬ دوائر٬ أقضية٬ محافظات أو مناطق من شبكاتكم ﴿بدون قيود جغرافية﴾ راغبة في الاندماج إلى منصتنا لتكون جزءا من شبكتنا المشتركة٬ كما نطلب منكم نشر الدعوة على مواقع الإنترنيت الخاصة بكم و على الشبكات الإجتماعية.
الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات هو الاحد ٢١ أيلول ٢٠١٤ عند الساعة الحادية عشر ليلا ﴿GMT +1﴾.
ستعلن النتائج خلال لجنة ندوة تقديم الطلبات المنعقدة في جبيل٬ لبنان في ٢١ تشرين الأول ٢٠١٤.
إن الانضمام إلى هذه المنصة مجاني و يتضمن المشاركة في الاجتماعات و الزيارات الفنية ضمن المشروع و يقدم إلى المنتسبين الجدد إمكانية الدخول إلى المنصة التعاونية.
تقدم الطلبات عن طريق البريد العادي أو البريد الإلكتروني و تتضمن الاستمارة الإلكترونية المملأة على الإنترنت من خلال هذا الرابط٬ و لائحة الوثائق الإضافية المدرجة في قانون الانتساب المرفق.
