The "Arab Youth Portal on Water" (AYPOW)
The "Arab Youth Portal on Water" (AYPOW) is a project that aims to create interactive information and e-learning portal on water including all aspects (gender, rights, sustainability...).
Water has always been scarce in the Arab world. The main objectives of the AYPOW project are:
- Serving as regional platform for Youth Information about water issues and actualities
- Supporting the important Youth role in ensuring sustainability of water resources
- Serving as e-learning platform
- Improving Arab Youth capacities of using ICT’s
- Drawing attention to gender aspects in Water issues in Arabic context
- Drawing attention to Climate change and effects on water resources
- Develop Arab Youth Capacities for Change
