An international consortium composed by local authorities, universities and TunisianMoroccan and Italian NGOs, is pleased to announce the launch of the TourMedEau portal (www.tourmedeau.eu), under the TourMedEau project, selected by the European Commission within the Programme Ciudad - Cooperation in Urban Development And Dialogue funded by the European Neighbourhood Partnership Instrument (ENPI).
