Egypt: Mr. Hussein El-Atfy is the Egyptian Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources in the Egyptian government of transition. Mr. El-Atfy was Senior Undersecretary of the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation during several years. He replaced Mr. Mohamed Nasr Eldin Allam who occupied this position for almost 2 years and half.
