News Deadline for ACQUEAU calls - Deadline: 20th August

The first calls for ACQUEAU, the EUREKA Cluster for water, are on Membrane Technologies and Real Time Systems Management. ACQUEAU delivers a prestigious EUREKA Label for water innovation projects and acts as a facilitator to obtain national funds attributed under the EUREKA programme. Project Outlines for calls 1 and 2 must be submitted by 20th August.

Who can submit a call?

ACQUEAU is an open programme that welcomes the participation of all interested parties
that wish to develop joint projects in order to encourage knowledge and expertise sharing.

- Small and medium- sized enterprise (SMEs) and start- ups (only pay membership
fees if your proposal is approved)
- Large enterprise
- Universities
- Research institutions (public/ private)
In order to encourage and support participation from SMEs and start-ups, such organisations
will only be required to pay the ACQUEAU membership fee if their proposal is accepted. All
other participants must pay the membership fee in order to submit a proposal.

 

General Criteria

 - At least two organisations from two different participating countries of ACQUEAU
 - Regulatory compliance

 

How to apply?

1) Please contact your National Project Officer, as funding opportunities and allocations are adapted to your country.

2) ACQUEAU can help you to search for additional participants in your project consortia, or to post your profile and apply for participation in a project being set up (if required).

3) Please fill out the Project Outline (maximum of 10 pages). Refer to Blue Books 1 and 2 for guidance in building your Project Outline (PO).

4) The PO must be submitted by 20th August 2010.

5) If your PO is approved by the group of experts, and is eligible for funding by your National Project Officer, then you will be asked to participate in the second part of the project selection- to submit a Full Proposal (FP).


6) The FP is an extended version of the PO (30 pages maximum). It must be submitted by 15th November 2010.

7) The foreseen date for labelling is 15th December 2010.
