Call for papers for the Climate & River Basin Management Symposium 2011

Papers are now invited to the Symposium "Climate & River Basin Management", to be be held in Oulu, Finland, on 17–20 January 2011.

The event is being organised as part of the Interreg IVB (Baltic Sea) project WATERPRAXIS (http://www.waterpraxis.net).

The symposium aims to be a forum in the context of which exchanges between policy-makers, stakeholders, and scientists will take place, on issues associated with climate change and river basin management.

In particular, it will look at the implementation of EU water policies. Moreover, a particular emphasis is on the impacts of climate change within the context of other multiple stressors such as agriculture and eutrophication.

Abstracts may be submitted until the 18th August 2010.
