Call for Proposals for prevention of non-communicable diseases in developing countries

The European Commission has issued a Call for Proposals for a €3.6 million health programme for Supporting prevention and control of non-communicable diseases in developing countries.

The Call for Proposals (EuropeAid/129197/C/ACT/MULTI) is financed under the ‘Good Health for All' theme of the EU's Investing in People Programme, which pursues a broad approach to development and poverty reduction, with the general aim of improving human and social development levels in partner countries in accordance with the United Nations Millennium Declaration and the Millennium Development Goals.
