Chief of Party, Water and Sanitation, Catholic Relief Services

The Chief of Party will coordinate and oversee all aspects of the implementation of an anticipated new Water and Sanitation program. The Chief of Party will be responsible for program quality with an emphasis on building the capacity of local staff, NGO partners, and government counterparts.

This role will require a solid background in water and sanitation development, plus a combination of capacities in community development and natural resource management.

The Chief of Party will be responsible for project and budget management; staff supervision; donor relations; Monitoring & Evaluation; recruitment, retention, and capacity building of staff; and coordination/collaboration with other CRS departments.
