Joyce Chai receives Stockholm Junior Water Prize

Joyce Chai from the United States was awarded the prestigious 2008 Stockholm Junior Water Prize tonight from the hands of H.R.H. Crown Princess Victoria, on behalf of the Stockholm Water Foundation.
