Mr. Martin Walshe: New Deputy Executive Secretary of GWP

Mr. Martin Walshe has been selected to serve as the new Deputy Executive Secretary of GWP, starting 1 April 2008. A Senior Water Advisor in the Policy Division of DFID, he was recently on secondment to the Directorate General for the development of the European Commission.
