WSSTP - Deliverables now available

The Water Supply and Sanitation Technology Platform (WSSTP) is one of the technology platforms that are set up within the European Environmental Technology Action Plan (ETAP) that was adopted by the European Commission in 2004. The three deliverables of the WSSTP are now available:
- The Vision Document "Water Safe, Strong and Sustainable" paints a picture of what could be achieved by 2030 if resources for research and development resources are available and targeted to respond onto the issues and challenges that the European water sector is facing.
- The Strategic Research Agenda ‘Water Research - A necessary investment in our common future", describes the research which must be undertaken to realise the vision.
- The Implementation Plan describes the initial ideas for demonstration pilots and implementation cases and mechanisms for financial engineering of grants and debts.
