Seminar on "Pathogen removal for sustainable water cycles"
The FP6 project SWITCH is co-organising a seminar addressing pathogens
prevention, detection and removal from water systems. In the context of the
UN international year of sanitation 2008, this event will contribute in
highlighting three major aspects:
- New technological designs reducing pathogen risk
- New analytical methods to assess water quality and the presence of pathogens in water
- New approaches in disinfection, including prevention of contamination
