BOSICON 2009 – the 2nd International Conference on Polluted Sites Remediation

Bosicon 2009 aims to present recent scientific and technical contribution in risk assessment, innovative process design and new technologies in the field of polluted sites. Both marine and freshwater sediments, polluted soils by traditional and emerging contaminant as well as brown field restoration will be considered.

The conference will gather stakeholders from universities, government and industry as well as researchers and engineers, who will present recent advances and new ideas in remediation tool, design, technologies and management.

The International Conference held in 1989 on "Solid waste, sludges and residual material" and the previous Conference "Bosicon 2006" on similar topics, have confirmed the active role of this Center in the promotion and development of such technical meetings as a booster for further achievement in environmental protection and development.
