Joining Forces to Develop Smart, Cost-Effective Urban Water Utilities

This international conference on water will consider the theme “Joining Forces to Develop Smart, Cost-Effective Urban Water Utilities: Policy, Economics, Environment, Regulation and Technologies”. It is co-organized by the Government of Israel and the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

Participants will discuss lessons learned from Israel's water industry and its water-related technologies, as well as their applicability to other countries. The conference also aims to contribute to discussions on the OECD's “Water policies for future cities” project. Following the one-day conference, participants will be offered to take part in a tour to visit water sites.
