The 26th Annual WateReuse Symposium

The 26th Annual WateReuse Symposium will be held September 11-14, 2011 at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort in Phoenix, AZ. Presented by the WateReuse Association and cosponsored by the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment Federation, the Symposium will feature more than 100 technical presentations, technical tours, a national legislative and water policy outlook session, receptions, an awards luncheon, and the ever-popular exhibition component.

We invite you to join us for the world’s premier conference devoted to water reuse and desalination where more than 650 leaders from the water reuse and desalination industry are expected to attend.

Public Agency Group Registration Discount  

Save $50 per person on full conference registration when you register three or more attendees from the same public agency. To qualify for the group registration discount, three or more conference attendees must register at the same time via fax or mail. All attendees must be from the same public agency. Discount only applies to registrations for the full conference, not individual days. This option is available to Public Agencies ONLY. Note: Registration Forms submitted separately will be processed as individual registrations and will not be eligible for the group discount, nor will they count  toward the minimum number of registrations required.

Early Bird Registration Deadline

Register early and save!  The Early Bird Registration deadline is July 25, 2011. All registration forms accompanied by full payment and received on or before July 26, 2010 will qualify for the Early Bird Registration rate. All registrations received after July 26, 2010 will be charged an additional $50.

Advance Registration Deadline

The Advance Registration Deadline is August 29, 2011. Registrations received after August 30, 2010 will not be processed and you will need to register onsite at the Omni Shoreham Hotel. There will be an additional $50 fee for all onsite registrations.

Confirmations

All registrants will receive a confirmation via e-mail once registration and full payment have been processed. This confirmation will also serve as your receipt of payment. Please allow two weeks from the time your registration is submitted until you receive your confirmation via e-mail.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by August 30, 2010 to qualify for a refund. A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refund requests received by August 30, 2010. No refunds will be made after August 30, 2010. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
