Geographical area
Contracts are open on
equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the EU Member States and the
countries and territories of the regions covered and/or allowed by the
Council Regulation governing the MEDA programme under which a given contract
is being financed.
Participation is open for natural and legal persons of the 25 EU Member States (with the new members since 1 May 2004) and of the 10 Mediterranean Partners (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, the Palestinian territories of Gaza and the West Bank).
The projects financed after the call for proposals launched in 2002 involve partners in seven Mediterranean Partner Countries (Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey and the Palestinian territories).
